Policies
- Members may use their Commodore Card or the Get App to access the turnstiles.
- Bring your own water bottle, and sweat towel.
Please limit bringing backpacks and/or gym bags. - Day cubbies are available for use.
We do not provide overnight locker rentals. - Day lockers with personal locks and items will be disposed of nightly.
- Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are available.
- Be sure to wipe down all equipment and clean your stations.
- Make sure to gather all personal items before exiting the facility.
- Continue to practice washing one's hands regularly.
- Be respectful of others' space
- Food and/or drinks are not allowed in any of the studios. Only water in a sealed and refillable bottle is allowed
- It is recommended that you bring your own water bottle,Ìýmat, and sweat towel for use during class
- Keep personal belongings and valuables to a minimum when coming to workout
- Cubbies for personal belongings are located in the hallway outside the studio area, or you can bring your own lock and use the day lockers in the locker rooms for your personal belongings
- Use cleaning wipes to wipe down any equipment before and after use
- All classes are subject to changes and/or cancellations – registered participants will be notified of cancellations via email
- If you do not cancel your registration and fail to check in two times within a week, you will not be allowed to register/participate for the future week of classes
- If you arrive 5 minutes after the start of a class, you may be denied entry to class
- You may be asked to leave class and can lose future class privileges if you fail to follow the rec policies and procedures
- Climbing shoes are required while climbing and must be removed when leaving the area.
- No climbing above the yellow safety line in the bouldering area.
- Food and drink are permitted only on the stairs (not mats).
- Limit: 6 climbers + 6 spotters on mats at one time.
- Jewelry should be removed; long hair tied back.
- Report all injuries or equipment damage immediately to staff located at the Welcome Desk.
- Only Rec staff/approved designees may adjust hand holds.
- Rec staff may suspend participants for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
