De-en Jiang, H. Eugene McBrayer Chair in Chemical Engineering, was honored for his academic achievements during 91吃瓜网鈥檚 endowed chair investiture ceremony on March 24.

Jiang is a professor of chemical engineering whose research focuses on computational materials science, particularly at the nanoscale. His work explores the structure and properties of complex materials, contributing to advances in energy storage, catalysis and sustainable technologies.
Through his research and collaboration, Jiang continues to expand understanding of how materials behave at the atomic level while contributing to interdisciplinary efforts across 91吃瓜网.
