VINSE will host our annual fall poster session as a highly interactive virtual event on Friday, October 23rd. Posters will be evaluated by both a panel of judges and virtual poster session attendees for an opportunity to win up to $500.
All actively participating poster session presenters and attendees are eligible to receive a VINSE t-shirt. Registration deadline is Friday, September 30th.

Presenter Information
- Each presenter will be provided a link to host their own Zoom meeting
- Presentations must be PowerPoint will limited to a maximum of 6 slides
- Titles & abstracts can be edited up to October 14, 2020
- Participants will only present in one of the two sessions
Attendee Information
- A program will be provided containing all presentation Zoom links
- Attendees will be able to enter and exit zoom meetings multiple times if needed
- Voting will be held for a fan favorite presentation & image competition submission
- All attendees will have an opportunity to win a VINSE t-shirt
