VandyRide, formerly VandyVans, is the university’s nighttime student shuttle service administered by 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Public Safety.

VandyRide now features two routes. The Gold Route is an express route from the Peabody campus to main campus. The Black route circulates campus clockwise.

The Gold Route (express route) stops include Hank Ingram, Village at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, Blair, Highland Quad and Sarratt/Rand. The Black Route (circulator route) stops include Hank Ingram, Village at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, Blair, Highland Quad, Blakemore House, 25th Avenue Garage, Sarratt/Rand, E. Bronson Ingram and Central Library. Shuttle routes and stops are available here.

Shuttle stops with low onboarding and alightings (de-boardings) were consolidated to help streamline the service and improve headways. The current shuttle stops will be monitored this year, and adaptations will be made if needed.

All VandyRide shuttle stops are marked with signage. The university is planning to install shuttle shelter stops at several VandyRide locations to enhance the user experience. These shelters will have a similar design to the shelter in place between Hank Ingram House and Murray House.

Why were the shuttle stops consolidated?

Are there any amenities at the shuttle stops?

I heard that there is an app I can download that shows the shuttle routes and real-time arrival information. What is the app and where can I download it?
