A: You can use a polish cloth designed for silverware or jewelry. Formula 409 Spray cleans plain silver jewelry very well but you should rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth. This is fine if there are no stones in the item you're cleaning. You should not submerge your jewelry in liquid because it can loosen settings and discolor stones. Showering, swimming, and household chores are not recommended.

 

Q: Can you size watchbands?
A: Let me know the size of your wrist before shipping and links can be added or removed for best fit. This can also be done at any watch repair business in your local area.

 

Q: Do you ship same day as payment is received?
A: Yes, unless it's after business hours. In that case, it will be shipped the next day.

 

Q: Do you offer shipping discounts for multiple item purchases?
A: Yes. We charge $1.00 for each additional item shipped anywhere in the United States.
