Q: How do I care for silver
handmade jewelry?
A: You can use a polish cloth designed for silverware or
jewelry. Formula 409 Spray cleans plain silver jewelry very well
but you should rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth. This
is fine if there are no stones in the item you're cleaning. You
should not submerge your jewelry in liquid because it can loosen
settings and discolor stones. Showering, swimming, and household
chores are not recommended.
Q: Can you size watchbands?
A: Let me know the size of your wrist before shipping and
links can be added or removed for best fit. This can also be
done at any watch repair business in your local area.
Q: Do you ship same day as
payment is received?
A: Yes, unless it's after business hours. In that case,
it will be shipped the next day.
Q: Do you offer shipping
discounts for multiple item purchases?
A: Yes. We charge $1.00 for each additional item shipped
anywhere in the United States.
Q: Do you offer
Certificates of Authenticity on Native American jewelry and Art?
A: Yes, upon request. We will also list the retail price
for insurance purposes if requested.

A: Yes, I was born and raised in Gallup, New Mexico and
travel there often.

A: Only if it's sent through PayPal. Item is shipped once
the check clears.

A: You have within 7 days to return the merchandise and
it must be in new condition. Refund is total purchase price less

repaired or have a ring sized?
A: Yes. We charge only what the labor/material expense
the silversmith charges us plus shipping charges. Repairs can
take up to one month upon receipt.

rate envelope?
A: No. Customs and the Post Office tend to rip those
envelopes open too often and I receive an empty envelope back.
