A course dropped during the Open Enrollment period does not appear on the transcript.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After the Open Enrollment period, and extending to the official last day to withdraw, students may withdraw from a course with certain consents. The Course Withdrawal application is available to undergraduate students on the Student Landing Page in YES during the Course Withdrawal period.<\/li>\n<li>Undergraduates should review the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/registrar.vanderbilt.edu\/calendar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Undergraduate Academic Calendar<\/a> for Open Enrollment dates.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vanderbilt.kualibuild.com\/app\/670e96a8cdc369014f8cbedc\/run\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Course Change Request Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/registrar.vanderbilt.edu\/registration\/yes-help\/course-withdrawal-undergraduate-students.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Course Withdrawal User Guide<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have missed the registration period, please contact your <a href=\"https:\/\/registrar.vanderbilt.edu\/registration\/school-contacts.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Academic Services<\/a>\u00a0immediately.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Graduate and Professional Schools<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Late registration may not be available to all of the professional and graduate students. Please see your school specific policy and contact the appropriate <a href=\"https:\/\/registrar.vanderbilt.edu\/registration\/school-contacts.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">school official<\/a> immediately.<\/p>\n<h5>Divinity\u00a0School<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Any changes made outside of registration must be approved by the Divinity Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Law School<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Students who register after the designated period may find courses unavailable to them.<\/li>\n<li>Students who attempt to register after the first five days of classes may be denied permission to register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>School of Engineering<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The School of Engineering professional program mimics the undergraduate policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>School of\u00a0Medicine<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/medschool.vanderbilt.edu\/explore-vusm\/enrollment-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Enrollment Services<\/a> with all registration questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>School\u00a0of\u00a0Nursing<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibility to maintain registration rests with the student.<\/li>\n<li>To retain student status, the student must register each fall, spring, and summer semester or secure an approved leave of absence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Peabody College<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must register for each semester from the first semester of admission until completion of degree requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Undergraduate Schools The undergraduate schools offer an Open Enrollment period after initial registration windows.
