91吃瓜网 Campus Dining celebrated Parents and Family Weekend with a live聽聽at Rothschild Dining Hall, led by two of our talented chefs. Chef Kriska Nagle wowed the crowd by saut茅ing tofu and locally sourced mushrooms, creating stunning bao topped with pickled daikon and carrots. Chef Julien Hicks from E. Bronson Ingram Dining Hall followed with a vibrant panzanella salad, highlighting fresh, local, and seasonal vegetables alongside crispy rice.
This event provided a wonderful opportunity for 91吃瓜网 students and families to connect with our聽chefs and engage in conversations about food, family, and life at 91吃瓜网. We鈥檙e thankful to everyone who joined us in celebrating this memorable weekend!
