Campus Dining Hosts Cooking Demonstration for Family Weekend

91³Ô¹ÏÍø Campus Dining celebrated Parents and Family Weekend with a live  at Rothschild Dining Hall, led by two of our talented chefs. Chef Kriska Nagle wowed the crowd by sautéing tofu and locally sourced mushrooms, creating stunning bao topped with pickled daikon and carrots. Chef Julien Hicks from E. Bronson Ingram Dining Hall followed with a vibrant panzanella salad, highlighting fresh, local, and seasonal vegetables alongside crispy rice.

This event provided a wonderful opportunity for 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students and families to connect with our chefs and engage in conversations about food, family, and life at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø. We’re thankful to everyone who joined us in celebrating this memorable weekend!
